    A purely reactive excited port previously reported V_inc = 0 (and hence
I_inc = 0) in the inc<idx> columns of port-V.csv / port-I.csv; with the
drive normalization referenced to GetExcitationRefResistance() both are now
finite unit-reference values. Same class of output change as the port-S.csv
row already documented; extend the changelog entry and the mathematical
reference paragraph to cover it, noting these are drive-normalization
bookkeeping quantities, not physical incident waves.
